I've been operating this way before it had a name. South Asian expat in Stockholm. Data engineer by training. Agent architect by practice. The compliance depth most AI engineers skip — EU AI Act, GDPR at enterprise scale, AI risk classification — is something I have because I lived it inside a 300+ website, 83-market enterprise.

That combination is genuinely rare: someone who can build the agent, design its governance framework, and ship a compliant product to production — without a team of specialists around her.

I also build things at night that probably shouldn't exist yet. A 12-episode web comic about consciousness and food. A multilingual immigration guide. 100+ apps on Vercel. Because the builders who ship the most are the ones who can't stop.
